Shipping policy

Order processing may take 1-3 business days before your package is handed off to the shipper, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships.

Please allow up to 3 business days to receive the shipping confirmation email.

We are not held accountable for any delays caused by the postal carrier or forces of nature.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to reroute, intercept, or modify delivery addresses, including orders placed with incorrect or incomplete address information.

Packages are delivered to the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left if it is in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or reschedule another delivery.

We rely on carrier tracking as the official record of delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, we recommend checking with neighbors or others in your household, as packages are sometimes left in unexpected spots. We are happy to verify the shipping address on file and follow up with the carrier on your behalf, though carriers rarely overturn confirmed delivery status and we are unable to guarantee a replacement or reshipment in these cases.

 

Ice Pack Notice
If your order arrived with an ice pack that has melted, this is completely normal and expected. Ice packs are a basic precautionary measure included with select products and all Ageless Health formulas are manufactured to remain stable at standard shipping temperatures. A melted ice pack has no effect on the quality or potency of your order.
